Editorial, video, and visual production work delivered against an agreed monthly cadence.

Editorial and long-form writing

Articles, whitepapers, case studies, and thought-leadership content. Topic research, drafting, editing, and publication coordination. Typical output is two to six long-form pieces per month per retainer.

Short-form social content

Recurring content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Includes copywriting, visual asset creation, scheduling, and engagement reporting. Built around content calendars maintained by our team.

Video script and production support

Scriptwriting, shot lists, and post-production direction for short-form and long-form video. We coordinate with external production crews when on-location filming is required; we do not maintain in-house camera or studio capacity.

Visual asset libraries

Design systems for ongoing marketing output: social templates, ad creative variants, presentation decks, and brand-aligned graphic assets. Delivered as editable source files.

For clients running ongoing marketing programs, we provide the workflow and infrastructure layer that keeps everything moving.

Content calendar management

Quarterly planning, weekly production scheduling, and review cycle coordination. Tools we typically operate in include Notion, Asana, Trello, and Airtable.

Asset management and brand governance

Centralized asset libraries, version control, brand guidelines maintenance, and template systems. We treat creative assets as long-term inventory, not disposable output.

Reporting and analytics

Monthly performance reports across paid channels, owned media, and editorial output. Dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Analytics, reviewed in monthly check-in calls.

Vendor coordination

Management of external freelancers, production crews, and platform partners on behalf of clients. We act as the operational hub so client teams do not have to.

Engagement model

How we structure our work.

Monthly retainer

Our standard engagement is a monthly retainer with a defined scope of recurring deliverables. Retainer terms are typically twelve months, with quarterly scope reviews. Pricing reflects the agreed level of output and is invoiced at the start of each calendar month.

Project work

For specific campaigns or one-time deliverables, we accept project engagements priced on a fixed-fee basis. Project work is generally limited to existing retainer clients or referrals.

What we do not take on

  • Pure strategy or advisory engagements — those sit upstream of our work. We partner with advisory firms rather than competing with them.
  • Brand identity from zero — we extend and operate existing brands rather than originating new ones.
  • Holding client advertising budget or media spend in our accounts. Clients run their own ad accounts; we operate them under client billing.
  • Hosting or distribution of finished content on our own infrastructure. We deliver assets to clients; clients publish from their owned channels.
